Born and raised in the Kootenays, Pauly brings deep local knowledge and a genuine love for the region to his real estate career. Before transitioning into real estate, Pauly spent 17 years in hospitality, much of that time managing restaurants. The experience developed his communication skills, organization, and dedication to client care, all of which now support his work guiding buyers and sellers through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
